Vintage : 2014
After a nice spring, the summer was wet. On the 28th of June, a storm produces hail damages mostly on Côte de Beaune. Burgundy, like other regions, had some areas affected by acid rot. Concerned plots were subject to a rigorous selection, on the vineyard as well as in the winery. The sun came back in September with a North wind which offers ideal conditions for an optimum grapes maturity. Harvest starts on mid-September with a good volume and great quality. 2014 is a wonderful year for white wines with an optimum grapes maturity due to the sun of September. As a result, white wines are well-balanced, with a good cellaring potential.
